Default OT: Cup Holder Question

Hey Guys. I have the popular Inventia Concepts cup holder (http://www.inventivaconcepts.com/) in my 993 clamped down on the passenger seat track where it is supposed to go, great doohickey that does it's job well. My question, I've seen other holders similar to this with a plastic insert that actually "gripped" a normal sized coffee cup that McDonalds or wherever typically sells, for the life of me now I cannot find the posting nor picture, yes I have ran a search here. The Inventia cup holder is larger to accommodate bigger mugs but as a result smaller / regular sized coffee cups seem prone to tip and spill in mine. Anyone know what I am talking about?

I'd think you could use the flexible electric ribbed conduit around the ID as a sort of grommet, to take up some of the ID.

Yep, I think that is the one I was thinking of. I will likely try Ed's idea, it was hard enough to spend $50 on a cup holder once.
