Default Wheel Offset Question

Would someone please confirm if my offset calculation is correct? I currently running 18" X 10" ET 65 Sport Design wheels on the rear of my NB. I'm thinking about purchasing a set of 18" X 10" ET 51 wheels for the rear. Would the 51 offset push the wheel out an additional 1/2"?

Thanks

Yes, since the width of the wheel has stayed the same, the wheel will be 14mm further outboard.

FYI, those are unlikely to fit unless you run a narrow tire, have aggressively rolled fenders, big negative camber, and/or leave your car at SUV ride height.

ET60 with a 10" wheel and appropriate rubber is about the max for a conservatively lowered car running street alignment.
