As I said, I've always been a good boy and followed the owners guides, but there is a large contingent on the "internet" now who advocate more vigorous break in efforts.

I really err on the side of caution with new cars and change the oil at 1000 miles and always use Mobil One. I'll toss the run-flats after a bit, too.

However, real men run the run-flats on the track.

Exactly...modern manual has more warnings than actual instructions.
