Default CTEK/Porsche battery tender question

After a year of use, very effective use, my ctek/porsche battery tender is acting strange....

Power light is on, auto vs motorcycle indicator is lit up, however, no indicator light comes on. There 3 lights, !, orange charging, green fully charged. None of these 3 lights are coming on.

I've checked all fuses, both ctek and #7 Porsche fuse, both are fine and cig lighter powers my Garmin just fine. Called CTEK, The lady was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with but she had no answers.

Have any of you using this charger experienced this. Frustrated.

Resolved...for now. Must have been a crimped/ pinched line.

With my aftermarket charger if the connection to the car's electrical system is bad no status lights will illuminate. If you end up replacing your charger no need to buy a premium charger as any aftermarket charger works great. I purchased a cigarette lighter plug and attached it to the wire pigtail that came with my charger and it works great. My charger is a 1or 2 amp model or float charger. If I kill the battery it puts enough charge in to start the car in about four hours.
