There is no visible indication whatsoever as to the maufacturer. Sorry.
Can't tell if it's bolted on or not. Would have to dissemble the rear lid to find out.
I'll post a separate thread and see if anyone knows for sure who makes it.

I changed out the door seals, with the driver's door being a bit more difficult than the other side. The rear door handle nut is hard to get at. It took me about 3 hours per door.
