SAI Check valve washer
Check valve removal success
Now, washer or no washer???
I have read that some cars came with some without. Mine came with (build date 03/96). The replacement SAI Valve came without. Any recommendations? Part numbers? Or just anti-seize and install?

maybe the valve had been replaced before?
looks like a standard oil drain plug washer.

If it was me....I would find an alum or copper crush washer and use that. Pretty easy to find. I don't see a reason not to.

Even with the crush washer, I'd use some anti-seize on those threads.

exactly what it is, same as the oil drain plug washers
As other have said, I would use one
Makes it easier to remove the valve the next time

I used no washer but put Kopr Kote on the threads to guard against seizing.
Feels good to clean out the SAI doesn't it!

It was such a pain to get out that I installed mine only "hand tight" when I put in the new one.
