Install F-D stage 3 mufflers, you won't hear it anymore...


I recently took off the stage 3s and put the stock motor sound muff's back on.
After nearly 2 years of F-D music, I had forgotten about the buzz.

The buzz you're hearing is a warning. The fuel pump should not be audible on a 993. You might want to consider replacing it before it fails.

Funny, I can still hear the gurgle of the oil running through the car even with the STG3s but no fuel pump.

I was thinking about stage2 at some point, but if you're getting rid of those 3s, let me know! ...but I'm guessing its just another step in your continuing battle with mod-aholism, followed by bouts of stock-aholism, and they'll go back on sometime again when the mod-aholism kicks back in.
