Steve, I think it would be great if the seller could get that kind of money for it but, .........as Quad mentioned, this car must have started its life as a C2S as it is a 98'. It's also has been in an accident. For that kind of money you would expect an absolute perfect no stories car. The side skirts/rocker panels don't help either. It's a nice car but the price is not realistic.
+1 I agree, Steve. The accident hurts it as well as the fact that there is still work to be done with the body.

Or maybe I'm just bitter cause I gave away my RUF. Ugh...

The Yellowbird was a great looking car and the Ruf 993 is a terrible looking car -- those enormous, boxy bumper covers and the riceburner rockers. Why, why -- who thought that would look good?

I respectfully disagree...

Was it market priced at the time you sold it?

I can get all pissy about letting my '73S go for $20K. In 2001. Or not buying any number of "fixer" Speedsters/Roadsters back in the '80s for $5-7K. But since they needed that much again in work to get them to the $10K level, kinda wasn't any point. Little did we know.

It was a little under... I'm in sales. So I price to sell fast with as little aggravation as possible.
