Simply clicking on the link in the pdf didn't work for me in both Firefox and Explorer.
Same for me on Chrome. Is there any chance to include the pictures into the PDF to make it a one stop shop?

BTW: Great effort for the community!

Default Accessing the photos

Hi everyone, if you are having trouble accessing the photos in the pdf, here is link:
https://picasaweb.google.com/bruce.c...OnrmJiH_Mr-lQE

On my system, a MacPro running Mountion Lion using Safari, when I click on the
pdf it downloads and Adobe Reader opens it. I know there are many variations,
so I hope that the link above helps.

Thanks for the support! There are about 45 pictures in this album, I felt
its too many to put in the pdf. The pictures in the pdf would have to be
smaller also. From the photo album you can print or download the images
separately as you might need.

Bolts aren't reusable?

I recently changed my lower cover gaskets and replaced the bolts because the Porsche bolt heads are a bit soft. Even Lowe's sells a higher quality bolt but I bought a quantity from Fastenal. Did the same with the seat bolts. The OEM bolt heads round out too easily. Can't speak to whether the manual says you should change bolts. I doubt it in this application but just my opinion.

Did you go with stainless from fastenal? Or titanium?

sooo... there have been *some* reports of a slight oil smell behind my car during RL drives... i asked quad to substantiate such unfounded claims of nonsense... he found no such smell. prob cause his car was either burning oil itself or he just didnt want to help me fix my car

changed the passenger side lower valve cover... safe to say it was weeping?

i'll do the drivers side next week when i get home. it was very helpful to have the tire removed. things went much faster with the tire off and seeing the hidden bolt rather than just feeling for it. replaced bolts too.

Ur not kidding, The car sat for 8 weeks without a drop beneath it. I moved it to the lift, and the following day reached up to find the pool of oil on the heat exchanger. Moving it must have did it in after sitting for so long. Other side is leaking but not as bad.

I did mine this past summer, and they looked more like they had been weeping for a while. Just a bit of cooked on oil on my heat exchangers. Cleaned it all up after the install, and no more weeping, or occasional burning oil smell

The corrosion coatings on any fastener that you find at home depot or lowes is thinner than thinly possible (i.e. garbage). And it would never come remotely close to passing even a Hugo/Tata fastener spec. And try to avoid black oxide, it's pretty much useless as a corrosion coating on anything exposed to the elements.
