Part found after fuel filter change?

Part found after fuel filter change?
Changed out my fuel filter this morning, and heard something fall into the well by the plug wires.
Fished out what looks to be a plastic piece that holds a hone in place. A photo of where it goes would be most beneficial
as I can't for the life of me figure where this came from.
Any help would be much appreciated.

That part clips onto the right side engine lid hinge arm to hold the wiring harness in place. You will see a small hole in the hinge arm that the little pin on the inside aspect of the plastic part snaps into.
