Look at the hinge (might be a cover over them...been a while since I worked on those). The outside has a bolt into the body and I think the center is a fixed pin that slides out when you unbolt the outer side.
Look at a few of the DAS rollbar install threads to see if you can find a picture. The rollbar bolts into that outer rear seatback bolt hole.
