I have a 95 993 6 speed manual with a built date of 9/94. Fuse Number 27 on the schematic is for automatic gearbox and mine is filed with a 15 amp blue fuse. Can you guys with a 95 manual check if you have it as well?

I can't check for you (sorry), but are you sure there's nothing else on that circuit? Cruise control, ABS, DME, etc.? Maybe reverse lights?

If it is true 'blank' spot for that car, someone might have put one there as a spare. I'm NOT saying it is a spare and just yank it out, I don't know.

Its an extra fuse that a PO put into the slot. If you pull it, nothing in your car will stop working. Porsche is not about to fabricate a different fuse board for tiptronic cars. Think about it...
Should you need an extra 15 amp fuse, you know slot 27 has one there for you.
