2013 Deutsche Marque Concours pics (and videos)
Many 911s at this year's show, mostly due to the Potomac Chapter's efforts to celebrate the 911's 50th anniversary. Here are some Porsches and their German cousins from today's event. The shaky videos are of a bona-fide RS, what a treat!
The oldest 911 present, a 1964:

2 of the 10 964 Speedsters in this combo exported to North America:
Not the same car!
Together:
Hot interior:
911T, stunning:
Insert Porsche diesel joke here:
Gorgeous:
I'm a sucker for E23s and E24s, especially the rare variations:
Don't make F-segment cars like this anymore:
Back to Porsches ... the RS (not a tribute):

Very Nice, Nathan - thanks for sharing!
Can you please explain / re-phrase the ^^ Speedster numbers?
IIRC, of the 936 produced 427 were exported to the US.
Fewer than 20 Werks1 wide-body 964 Speedsters were made, similar to the following:

Jäger: I'm told there were 20 N.A. (or maybe just USA) market 964 Speedsters with this particular color combo (black on black/gray/yellow). By the way, the license plate for one of the cars (the plate I didn't take a picture of, of course) said something like "1 of 427" ... suggesting that drilling down to color combo production numbers might be too geeky.
Nam: We missed you and your car. I spoke with a guy who had Techart by Speedline Daytonas on his fabulous 964. I mentioned to him that my buddy has similar wheels, but a different style on his 993 C4S. He immediately judged your wheels as fakes! I told him no, your's are just a different model, are the real deal but just not Daytonas. I thought about pulling up a picture, but his snap judgment made me lose interest in the discussion!

Ahhh! 20 in the color combo. Makes perfect sense, now - thank you for clarifying for the slow kid ... ... & always good to learn another Speedster data point, of which "1 of 427" is right on target
Looks (& sounds) like a fun time: LUV the bonafide RS footage
Please share shots featuring your 993
Cheers --Jäger

In his defense, I bet he gets a lot of people doubting his wheels' authenticity, and has to deal with all that--and maybe he's tired of all the replicas diluting his wheels, I dunno. (And also in his defense, his 964 was outstanding and he seemed like a nice car guy). Sorta reminds me of the guy with the real RS yesterday. He had his car reviewed by a concours "judge" who pronounced to everyone in ear shot that his engine was incorrect and the steering wheel was wrong. Both were not only correct but also original to the car! He had a magazine article devoted to his car and its history, along with all sorts of other paperwork, but the "judge" knows all!

There was a good variety of 993s, but they all seemed to have escaped my lens. I was more interested in the older 911. This one is an excellent creation:
So much to love about this interior:
And now for something completely different--I know next to nothing about motorcycles, but I know hot:
