Sunroof adjustment - what I am doing wrong?!
I had the sunroof out to check the cables and clean everything up (motor not working, but that's another issue....).
I must have screwed up the re-assembly somewhere, as the rear part of the sunroof does not rise to go flush with the roof. I am using two rubber door stops to close the gap and minimize the whistling when driving, which is driving me crazy.
Any suggestions? And yes, I have searched, been on Pelican etc. No luck.
Thanks in advance to all who can help here.

Happened to me. I didn't have the front mount spots tight enough. Essentially sagged just a bit in front that transferred down to a big gap in the back.

Had a similar problem after removing the sunroof, it had me stumped, so as a last resort I cleaned the rails and sunroof components and re greased them with lithium grease and all was OK.
Good Luck.
