Hi Lemon,
My research says:
http://www.porschehvac.bergvill.com/
But I'm still waiting to receive it so can't tell you about it, ordered it a couple of days ago.
Lots of threads on this.

This company is the most reliable source for a Hammer...I got mine from them and it was in very good condition. If they do not have one in stock you can ask them to find one.

I have a Durametric Enthusiast version. If you only need it for your 993, that version is enough. If you need it for more than 3 cars, get the Pro version, and if you need the round plug (964 style), get the adapter.
For up to 3 cars/VINs, the Enthusiast have all features. It's connected to a laptop, usb port and the software is a free download and easy to use.
Don't know the other tools so I can't comment thoses.

I have a actron9180. It reads codes and allows me to reset the cel. I can also determine if he drive cycle monitors are set. Others can do more, but for me the hand held does everything I need.

I have the old original Durametric cord and software. Can be finicky getting a connection at times but it works well once a good connection is made.
If the connection is poor it either tells you or returns a bunch of OBD failure codes from the ECU.
It seems to work most reliably when the laptop is running off of house current.
To test the airbag module on my 96’ I must chose the 964 model and then read the code.
The software has all sorts of real time data graphing however I have not yet found a burning need for this feature.
