Just back from Fontana. Great day! Highlight was the 911 display on the front straight under the SF line. Pix should show up in Pano and Excellence...
Neatest "race car" seemed to be a totally tricked out R8 with the gated 6 speed... (yeah, I also like Audis)
Cup cars sounded nice on the banking!!

At least there you can walk up the banking there. Was at Daytona for the 24 many years ago running in a 10K before the race on the apron- the banking there is so steep you can't even walk up it!

I decided I couldn't miss the California Festival of Speed in Fontana this weekend so I've decided to head down there on Friday. I have a full suspension install in the shop on Friday in the a.m., so once that is done I'll be heading out.
Anything going on Friday night? I will be at the festival on Saturday.
