That is a great price, even if taking into account the title issue. Someone could be picking up a low mileage C4S for $33-$34k FWIW.

I've had 2 rennlisters check it out for me almost 2 weeks ago and they gave me their thoughts, opinions, and a bunch of better pictures of the cars current condition. Car still needs some tlc. Great color combo, but the salvage title and a few other things turned me off of it.maybe be a good deal for somebody....i'm just afraid of re-sell with the salvage title.

IIRC...didn't this car/current owner go thru some sort of rebuild of the rear suspension. He was a regular on this forum also, so the search function might be your friend.
It is not my intention to undermine the sale, nor discredit the current owner. Unusual and pretty color combo, at a reasonable price. Make a nice driver if it checks out.
edit...SALVAGE title! Now that's a different story, didn't see that mentioned in the Pelican ad anywhere. Still a nice car, however...overpriced considering dirty title.

Seller is doing himself no favors with that ad. A C4S that just needed a bumper cover, fender, and door shouldn't have received a salvage title. The mysterious way the accident history is presented is surely turning off buyers.

Google the VIN - you will find this C4S and the pics from the " Minor accident"...
You can find the VIN on the invoice in the ad
Nice Car with Great Colour Combo - but Bad History

hmm..the way the rear wheels r bent could mean the rear suspension was totally shot. He spent some $$$ to bring that car back....FS pics look good though..accident was back in 2010...

Me thinks the seller has a very fluid version of truth in advertising. This strikes me as a little bit more than a "minor accident". You be the judge: http://www.autobidmaster.es/carfinde...E_NEWBURGH_NY/
Edit: Posted this right after above post. Looks like this car was at a Copart insurance auction in New York and advertised outside the US, hence the Russian and Spanish language.
