That's great. Blow that photo up and put it in your garage. When he needs to remember the important things he will see that picture with big eyes. Thanks for sharing.

Enjoy the LWF/clutch...great upgrade!!!

"Great" just about sums it up.

I wish my dad was still around to share moments like this with. I remember taking him for a lap around the old Pacific Raceway track in my old 911SC and seeing his expressions! Priceless!!!

Great job, Brian! My 18 year old and I are right behind you with the same project (LWF, a bunch of "while in there stuff"), and closing in on D-Day. We just got the cross-member off this afternoon, and we are down to the last couple of pages of work. I'll keep you posted.

What a great project. I have actually already purchased the 356 I plan on working on with my boys. They are only 5 and 3, but I find ways to get them involved and helping on projects.

What I also love is the responses to the photos and project. While some have chimed in with comments on the project, most have said something about the awesome father/son time you are having, and I have to admit to being more interested in your experience with this father/son project then I am about your experience with the actual automotive work.

Thanks for sharing!

Should be an interesting conversation in a year or two when he's got his license and he asks for the keys....

He's got some sweat equity in it now haha
