Default Gert's Aluminium Pedals - Installed!

I recently installed Gert's (Carnewal) aluminum pedal and footrest set. Initially I was just going to do the pedals to replace my slightly worn OEM rubber ones, but Gert convinced me it would look nice, and prevent my carpet from getting dirty (the vinyl footrest is too small for a normal shoe to be honest).

Installation was easy (and reversible), and I like the feel of the rubber perforations. The quality of the aluminum pieces is great. Very well made and thick.

NIce, did you screw those onto the existing pedals?

The clutch and brake rubber come off and your drill 3 small holes into those. The accelerator pedal goes over the existing pedal which is fixed. You can see how thick the aluminum is. Not flimsy like some others.

These are the same as the RUF ones but half the price. I like the fact it doesn't have the logos.

Those look great! How difficult was installing the dead pedal?

Are the backs of the brake and clutch pedal pieces flush or were wells machined into them for the Porsche pedals to fit into, with the screws simply holding them in place?
