Looking at my tires, i think my alignment settings are very close to ideal. The tires are worn to the indicated limits but not over on either i side or outside. The wear pattern is very symmetiric and smooth. Looke like temps are very even too.
Right now i have -2.7 camber up front and -2.5 in rear. I suppose the wide tires need less camber...?

You nailed it there and with even wear & temps, that confirms it.

Watch out for that UPS truck!!! (too bad I didn't have time to wash the car before yesterdays track outing):

Using the whole track here, that's what I was taught by FlyingFinn, ErikG and the others!

Wow...great variety in vehicle types at this event. I guess the Benz truck was pretty quick?

Anyway; AMAZING car, Juha!

I just came back from Auto24ring in Pärnu, Estonia. What an amazing track. Very high speed track with nice twists.
Full disclosure with pics etc. later but I just wanted to share some data from my pbox. Here's a comparison between my 993 and my ex mk2 GT3.
The 993 is on Toyo R888 and GT3 is on Hoosier R6's. So it's not a fair comparison (the hoosiers are much stickier) but the 993 does a good job anyway...

The car is absolutely amazing, it just needs more power. 600hp should do it...hello twinturbo!

...........................................993............GT3
Lat G max (cornering)...........1.45...........1.35
Long G max (acceleration).....0.45..........0.43
Long G min (deceleration)......-1.25..........-1.14

Acceleration at speed:

................... 993...........GT3
100km/h.......0.45G........0.43G
120km/h.......0.37G........0.31G
150km/h.......0.27G........0.26G
170km/h.......0.20G........0.22G
190km/h.......0.15G........0.15G
