Now that is a garage! And I thought the 12-Gauge Garage was impressive.

wow Paul
I totally missed this thread (work, life, etc. conspiring against me) and was working with Darin yesterday. He asked if I'd seen this thread... I just had the chance to go check it out.
Wow.
Just spectacular
We need to come visit!

Hey Jager! Great to hear from you. The yard is modest, it's only 1/4 acre, but it was a nothing but weeds when we bought it. The nice thing is I can now drive a car or truck out the rear garage door, make a 180 to the left and continue out to the street through my double gates. That's somewhat unusual in a tract home. I love the 2nd garage pic you posted, a huge picket fence porch that is actually the garage door....gotta love it. Here are some before/after composites (and for those comedians in the crowd, the pics on the left are the 'before')

The garage is awesome! I need to get around and post some pics of mine as well. Bought our house a little over a year ago and spent some time this past year working in there as well!
Looks great Paul!

Thanks again to everyone for taking the time to look at the pics and all the nice comments. After a major project like that, you can easily lose perspective, so it's been great to hear comments and opinions from this huge group of friends!!

I added a few pics of my pub table and bar stools to the first page. I needed some seating in there and a place to set adult beverages Found a great deal on a new 993 Turbo Twist wheel, mounted a new Falken tire and put together a spinning hub assembly out of wheel spacers and wheel studs. It's mounted to the base with 993 lug nuts. Then ordered a 30" piece of round table glass for the top, it came out pretty nice. I may add a rotor and Big Red caliper down the road (one that is not working, but would clean up like new. I would hate to waste a good Brembo). The guy at the tire shop was confused when I told him not to balance the wheel, it only turns 2-3 RPM
