Tannen Green 4S

Ha ... you're killin' me. That's EXACTLY what I thought as I read that! After going through a maintenance cycle on my '95 coupe I automatically look at ride height and figure $3K for parts and RnR on anything at u.s. ride height over 30K miles ... and then there's possible clutch, power steering rack, tires, brakes, and seeping cam and valve covers. I AM jaded, aren't I ..
Green w/ cashmere is cool.

Of course tires are not the main concern....miles are good on this car and the price seems reasonable (figure tires are $1500 mounted/balanced retail). Assuming a PPI is conducted and is acceptable sounds Like a car you can drive, enjoy and then repair/replace mechanical and appearance items as needed/desired. They all need a ton after 15 years.

^^^ I must be confused then, because I think a 4S with 40-60K miles with NO maintenance needed should sell for $45K. For $50K I think you should be able to get a 4S that needs nothing with 25K miles, and when you go past that dollar mark, you should be looking for a Turbo that needs tires ...

I am not looking for one thanks very much. I have a 98C2S and last time I checked the factory is done making wide body 993's.
I guess this is when you tell us what you would sell a similar mileage and spec car you might own for ?
