Yes indeed I have used these tires in 235 and 275...also note that a 305 is scheduled for release this month. 245/40/18 and 305/35/18 is a great combo if you have room in your wheel well...if not, there is always 245/40/18 and 275/35/18. These tires wear like iron...they are good right up until you cord them. At about $1,000 a set, and figure 20 heat cycles, that's $50 a heat cycle. Hoosier R6 at about $1,400 a set and good for 12 heat cycles, the first 5 ot 6 being the best, are $116 a heat cycle...and folks are spooked by the 285/30 Hoosier R6 horror stories....the NT-01 tires are 1 to 2 seconds a lab slower than the R6... The front to rear rolling radius on the 245 and the 305 is about 2%, clearly acceptable, the 245 and 275 combo is under 1%, excellent.
The Hankook Z 214 tires are great, equal in speed to Hoosier R6, but always seem to be on back order. They are cheap too, about the same price of the Nitto NT-01. If I could get Hankook Z 214, I'd but them over NT-01...but they always seem to be hard to get in the road racing compound.
Just get the NT-01s, you'll love them.

Which hankooks?
I think that Adam will attest that the 01's are noticeably "grippier" / faster vs the rs3's and both provide similar wear characteristics.
I'm on my first set of rs3 and it's too early to form an opinion.
Sorry, I have no experience with the Z214s.
I'm pretty sure that Martin Shacht (sp?) uses the 01's in 235 / 275 and may comment.

What tire pressures do you guys like with the NT01s? I have a new set and am headed to Atlanta Motorsports Park this weekend. Excited to try them out. I've run both MPSC and R6s in the past.

I've been aiming for the same as the sport cups, 34/35 or 36 hot, they build pressure a lot and do it quickly

What were you looking for???
Hoosiers R6 tires are good for about 9 competitive cycles, the first 4 to 5 incredible. After about 9 - 10 heat cycles, most folks I know rotate these tires to practice tires..and break out a new set for qualifying and racing.
In my experience, the Nittos are good for about 20, then you'll see cord. BUT, it depends on how hard you are pushing them, how much you have the tire "sideways". In a mellow DE situation, you may see a lot more cycles....wear on the NT-01 tires, and pressures too, are very similar to the Toyo RA-1 tire...my experience.
I'd contact Nitto for their recommendations.

I agree that they build up pressure quickly and a lot. If I am on "my game", 8 PSI is not unusual.

I couldn't get an answer out of nitto customer service-
for sizing is the strategy getting diameter as close as possible f/r?
so for a wb 235/40/18 front and 275/35/18 rear is the way to go or has someone found otherwise?
thanks
