It's less than $300 for the original Fisters (LPMM) and they still do them. They have an awesome and accurate air cooled 6 sound.

Hey is this S.D.? This is Nam. We met at PCA gathering two months ago. First place....Guards red 993 Welcome aboard, bro!

Many of these older 993s have leaky or just worn out motor mounts. Replacement mounts will tighten up the rear end, and may improve your car's handling. Some of you experts may have more to add....

Best answer, IMO.

Doing one driver's ed as a green student is technically cheap, but the costs start adding up over and above the entry fee once you take one hit off of that track pipe, for one DE will only show you what you don't know, and you'll want to learn even more to become better. Expenses such as a brake fluid flush, cost to have a shop tech the car, tires, brake pads, harnesses, seats, fire extinguisher, full GT2 conversion, 997 cup car purchase...the list goes on.

IMO, a muffler or shifter upgrade is something that you will feel or hear every time you drive the car, day or night.

$300? $300? Hell I can barely get air in my tires for $300. I love the FDM short shift kit with golden rod, but I honestly don't know how much it costs. I have added Darin and Mark to my bank account, and they just take what they need.

If you are spending $300, nothing will beat this mod. It will completely change the backend of the car. It will ACTUALLY connect your motor to the body. I did the Wevo's last year ($250/pair), and it transformational.

The mod is very easy, and can be done in an 1hr.

HIDs if you drive @ night

LPPM mod to mufflers if you like "noise"
LPPM mod shown here on 997.2 cans, but mod is similar for 993 cans

Both should be ~ $150 so you can do both mods!!!!!!

have fun

Nam you got it bro! You deserved 1st place for that beast..
I went to a recent tech session where the tech guy said be very careful with motor mounts because if they are not perfectly matched they can make performance worse. Something about harmonics and a bunch of other techno stuff..
