Default camber plate question

Happy New Year RLers,

I'm currently installing RS uprights and tie rods and am considering going ahead and doing camber plates and rear monoball shock mounts while I have everything torn apart. What affect would this have on harshness/noise? I don't have any experience with monoball components but know that they're definitely not recommended for suspension bushings on street cars.

In my experience they will be fine for street use, there are a # of us that run them w/ full race springs/shock packages.

Be sure to get some that are compatible w/ the shocks/spring it's not always just plug and play.

There are even sealed versions available ala the factory RS parts

I have the rennline camber plates and rear monoball mounts. Nice components. Given everything else I have done to the suspension I cannot really comment on the harshness added by just those. The car is stiff, you notice every bump and road imperfection but I still drive some on the streets and it does not bother me that much.

I have the Rennline rears w/ Bilstein Cup shocks on mine, they are very nice and come w/ the factory seals

On the front I use Mode, which are no longer available(I think), no seal on these

I'm sure that the Rennline fronts are fine but I have had issues w/ the transverse sliding camber plates and prefer not to use them

ERP ones are available as are MODE (on a custom basis). Both are excellent products.

I run the JIC's with camber plates/monoballs on my car. I like it and wouldn't think twice of installing them again.
You might take some points for them if you AX, so just one thing to consider.
