Could be it was on consignment ( not sold ) with them and now owner or other person selling it is using their pictures ?

Ok saw the 993 2S today and the car has approx. 65k mls and not 15k mls like they say. Also of the maybe 30 cars they have in their facility, 100% are in a very bad condition and only rubbish!

are you serious? also, what did they have to say about the difference in mileage?

there will be a few more going there to report on what they see as well. i was tempted to drive up there but it is not worth the drive.

how can they advertise that C2S as a non-titled 15K mile car yet it has 65K miles???? do they have any clue that the potential buyer will most likely come from Rennlist, Pelican or PCA????

You know, my dad and me own a few low mileage Porsches and when you open the door and have a look at the seats , steering wheel, shift ****.... Everybody can see that the car isn't worth a penny! The car was owned by a dealer since new who drove it with dealer plates! Also the engine bay looked so bad!
He's now driving from New Jersey to Springfield, to see two other 993 2S's at Premiere Sport Cars.

That's very interesting that you saw the car yesterday. I contacted them to take a looksee and they said they're closed until 1/2. Didn't give me their location, asked me for my phone number instead. I guess it's a "you don't call us, we call you" type of business

I bought the never titled 993 and it does have 15k miles. I checked it out before I bought it and had my local Porsche dealer inspect it after I got it. It all checked out and it looks great. A well known shop in my area also has looked at it and they love it.

I dare you to find a 1990's Porsche with less than 1000 miles and no wrinkles on the leather.

If you got a decent car from TopGear why not post some pictures?

So where is the disconnect with Dino's information that the car had 65k miles? I also find it hard to believe that 100% of their cars are 'rubbish' and 'not worth a cent'...the ones I have seen on eBay look pretty reasonable for a reasonable price.

I sent them an email through eBay on one of their auctions and have heard nothing.

365s90....
Got a few questions. Your a member since 2010 and only 2(two) posts?
If your shop really liked the car, what shop did you use?

But I have to agree with you regarding "no wrinkles in the leather".
