That's what FD Motorsports quoted me as well. Seemed reasonable compared to my other quotes.

I DIY'ed the coilover install and then had Automobile Associates corner balance/align and install Criss W's control arm bushings for $780

Two of the most respected Indy's on this forum. Karl @ RennsportKC (aka PorscheDoc) did my current 2S including the fatter M030 sways.

For me it was not as much the cost but that it was done correctly. Not that it is a difficult job but you never want to be the guy whose car is an Indy's first time for a particular job.

Sounds like we have some able bodies avail to lend a hand to the OP. again can also lend a hand the front control arm bushing was a pita, but should be done since you only want to do the alignment once. Look at the toe links too. If the boots or bushings look bad also a good time to replace for the same reason

I used elephant racing rubber no affiliation etc

Default Suspension

+1 for Dan Jacobs. You might also want to ask him about the benefits and cost of custom Bilstein HD revalve.

Also any recommendations on shops in the Northeast to do the work?

Cheers
Talk to Dan J, Hairydog Garage, you won't be sorry
