Seems about the right price range for a practically new 993.
A 991 would depreciate more than the value of this car in 5 years with a few miles on it...
The 993 would still be worth over $40k with a few more miles on the odometer

EDIT: note that some of the shots show a different driver's seat. It can be seen from the outside as well as a couple interior shots on the Ebay link. Make sure the original seats are installed and function properly. The 18" wheels are aftermarket replicas, the window tint needs to go, and pretty sure the front Aerokit splitters were also added. NONE of these should ring any alarm bells, just good to be aware of any variations from 100% stock on ultra-low-mile cars like these.
