Ben: I am not sure at the moment. At these sale prices, I am not making much of a profit, but interest is obviously increasing. I have some ideas for new designs, but not sure if I can justify it at the moment--I may do a new run in the spring. At the moment, I am working on applying to go back to school for an automotive engineering master's, so if I am accepted, I may print some more in the spring to help pay for school. We shall see; my current focus is selling current inventory and applying to school. I appreciate the purchases. You were one of the first customers!
I have given some thought to finishing the designs and doing a discounted pre-sale to make sure I will at least break even on my costs.

Absolutely not, my friend. I am a product designer through and through; I have always been interested in the finer details of product design, and going to school for design only made my obsession with details worse. A key component of a good product is the packaging. I will admit, though, that my wife has given plenty of advice and assistance along the way (she is a marketing/design person as well).
Well, the packaging was very nice. You guys must have perfectly wrapped gifts around your tree. In my house you can always tell which ones I did... let's just say my packaging skills pale in comparison to yours.

How did I miss this thread??! Just ordered 2 tees!
Killer designs Mark! You're a wicked designer, don't stop creating the shirts! I
too would buy a line-art 993 coupe and 'vert silhuette version!

To everyone - the orders and positive feedback are appreciated much more than I can express in a forum post. Starting from scratch and making a product is an unnerving process, regardless of how simple it may seem (such as a t-shirt). It is wonderful to see the sales and validate our ideas. When I had my shop and dismantled p-cars, it was a risk to start a business, but the parts--if working--were guaranteed to sell themselves. Since design is subjective, you never know if something like this will sell until you spend the $$, put it out there, and see.
So, thanks!
All of this talk makes me want to move forward with the original plan and keep going! I have some fresh new ideas, but I simply will not have the time until I have finished testing and applying to school. I will have plenty of time to think about it, but maybe I will launch some of these new designs in spring.

I have a 993 gauge shop shirt and a footwork shirt from a previous order. Both great and fit as Mark described (the two fit differently). I had previously complimented the very cool packaging and the shirts are awesome.
