I don't have a sizing chart (sorry, not that advanced), but I can lend you some advice by either comparing other brands of shirt or chest size. I am 5'10", 41" chest, 165 lb, and I wear a large. Fits me perfectly.
My dad is about my height but distributed a bit differently (no offense if you see this, pops) and about 10-15 pounds heavier, and he wears an XL.
I am not a fan of "fashion tees" with the super shorty sleeves (not that there's anything wrong with that), so I deliberately avoided shirts with skimpy sleeves. Conversely, for the deluxe shirts, I wanted something that was a bit trimmer in the torso than a traditional generously cut shirt (beefy-t, regular Gildan, regular Anvil, etc.).
IF that is clear as mud, in simplest terms, the deluxe and shop shirts are sized very similarly with regards to length of sleeve and body. The deluxe shirts are just a bit trimmer, or more "athletic."

To everyone else, many, many thanks for the orders! I am about 60% caught up with shipping; some of the most recent orders may not make today's pickup but they will go out tomorrow.

To be honest, I am a bit better suited to sitting behind the computer and designing versus handling the sales department!
