Trying to get agreed upon value insurance.

The previous owner gave me receipts, but now can't find the critical one: regeared tranny. Has anyone recently done this and have a good, detailed receipt I can show as a proxy?

Can the previous owner give the contact info for the shop that did the work, or better yet, call on your behalf and ask the shop for another receipt?
