Default Hello all, just joined the forum.

Though I would say hi to you all.
I've had my car for a while and love it to bits. It's a 97 ocean blue manual C2S.
It has the turbo breaks and spoiler but I also have the original split grill spoiler turbo hollow spoke wheels which I use when I want a change.
The wheels In the pics are 18" Work Brombacher.

Beautiful car. Love the wheels I have the same ones only with platinum centers and a polished lip.

Thanks for the comments.
The exhaust is the Fabspeed muffler bypass, love the sound
The rear deck is very simple to swap. Takes about 10mins, however the warning light comes on the dash with the turbo spoiler. This can be stopped by unplugging the control unit under the dash but it dose not bother me so I leave it connected.
If you are swapping just don't drop the shims in the engine bay

This is my first Porsche. The closest I got before was a 1971 beetle

Mark I love the look of you car. I have photoshopped a pic of my car as to how I want it looking.

Baj,

Stunning car!!

If you wish to run that lowered ride height (in your PS'ed pic), you'll need some different suspension components such as race shocks (they are almost 1.75" shorter) and RS/EVO front uprights & tie-rods to fix the bump steer.

Remember, properly setup race shocks such as Motion Control & JRZ's can ride very nicely when correctly configured for the road.

Welcome to the OCB club!

For that photoshop setup you'll need to also roll your fenders and try to stick to 18's if you can...with 19's you'll need to run alot of negative camber

Wow that is a real aggressive setup your looking to achieve offsets, stance etc, look forward to seeing complete.

Nice looking car too!

Welcome to RL. Hang onto your wallet, as these guys are very persuasive mod'ers....

Just a word of warning, since my car is super low especially in the rear, I can easily contact the underside rear going over reasonably sized speed bumps, even at crawling speeds. I'll be bringing up the rear when I get around to doing some suspension changes. Careful what you wish for...

btw, she already looks lovely. perhaps a bit down on the front to add some aggression to the stance would get you there.
