Default Kayak on a 993

I love testing the load limits of our cars. Got a few double takes with today's cargo.

Powder coated "Bengal Silver?" (whatever that is). The stock color looked too bright to my eye. I haven't washed the car in months so you maybe seeing some road grim as well!

Couldn't agree more... Gunmetal is too dark, but the stock color is just too bright. I also gotta say, I kind of like the no center caps. Makes it look hot rod-ish!

Big deal. Half the 993s on the East Coast today have canoes or other watercraft on top of them. Some have roofs. Some trees. Some, in NYC, brick walls of illegally run Chelsea hotels. Take your pic.

I used to live in Portland Oregon and a friend there used to put a canoe on top of his 911. It was hilarious. This was in 1991 and I think the car was a '65. He was the original owner. I lost touch but bet he still has that car

Great picture. I'll stick to using my truck though.
