I have a whining high pitch noise coming from under the hood, near the relay box...was told it was the fuel pump...both my 993s make this sound...whine becomes louder as fuel tank nears empty...and less noise after filling her up...the guys say this is the pump just doing its job...have 55k and 30k miles on the cars respectively...
