Resurrecting an older thread as I need badly plugs for my Zenith. Given tough color match I won't be able to do a home brew solution, so seems to be a fair price for covering the otherwise gaping holes. How are these holding up for you guys?

One of mine lost its paint coating after about 2 seasons, though not too noticeable as the plug itself was also black, like the bumper.

My bumper needed a respray anyway so I just had the body shop fill in the holes. Problem solved.

If you're planning any kind of a respray, these bumper plugs from Suncoast work well and the price is right. http://www.suncoastparts.com/product/PLUG.html If you are planning on doing turbo "s" scoops you can paint the plugs at the same time. This paint from Touch Up Direct should do the job for both on your zenith blue quite nicely. https://touchupdirect.com/touch-up-p...&tud_model=All

Thx for the pointer, and I will keep that in mind when I do a respray and get a set of these and have a second set. In the meantime I went with Bumperplugs.com and they arrived in 2 days, look great (my front had too many bugs from the Hershey trip for it to warrant a photo with these on )

What I noticed is that on the passenger side I did not even have a place to thread the plug on to, so per the Bumperplugs.com instruction you basically add some electrical tape around the plug end and ensure a tight fit. Worked like a charm, and eye soaring plate holes are no more!

+1 for Bumperplugs.com. I bought a set 8-10 years ago when I moved to a no-front-plate state. Color match on my Ocean Blue was perfect.

About two years ago, I lost one plug. When I called the company, the owner offered to send me two more - free. That's customer service.
