Engine Tray Ambiguity
Don't want to start another engine tray war again, but...
My car has decided to find a balance between engine tray on and engine tray off. One side of the engine tray is attached while one side seems to be hanging awkwardly and slightly detached. I'm guessing one or some of the screws popped off. What type of screws are they and where can I get them? Is it possible to fix it without jacking the car up?
I don't have a jack, but it would seem silly to bring that to a mechanic to fix it right ?

You will probably find that the spring clips the engine tray special bolts screw into are damaged, or the spring clips are bent.
You can adjust the spring clips if possible or replace them..
Good Luck.

You would be able to do it without jacking the car up.
