my odds of winning the lotto would rise exponentially if i would just go in and talk to those folks inside the the convenience store.

It sounds like the same car Prescott Kelly has for sale for $245,000 in the latest Porsche Panorama's 993 section.

Soooo sweet. It makes you want to make an RS clone and drive the h*ll out of it! I LOVE the interior the most - that to me is what hits home. Oh, the 3.8 and all the fixin's included.

Simply and truly, the most desirable car I can imagine. Thanks for the post!

Agree, only a few years ago I had one as a regular daily driver and frequently attended trackdays.
As the values increased I bought another car for daily duties and now it makes sense to track an Elise which is worth less than the trackday insurance excess on the RS.

In some respects it is good that they have increased in value, but unless you are wealthy, you can't really have the fun of only a few years ago with one.

Such is the dilemma of owning an appreciating asset. Use it and kill its value or store it and miss out on what it was designed to do ie race.
