Mostly no longer available. I wound up buying a complete set just to get one 9" wheel. To prevent being stuck in this position I bought a set of Cup 4 wheels from Tire Rack. Cheap too!!! About $750 as I recall.

I had to replace a 9" x 17" Cup II rear wheel a few years ago. Sunset ordered a wheel for $1,200 or so.
A semitrailer dropped a tire iron and the dam thing became a projectile as I ran over it. The tire iron punctured a 1 inch hole in the middle of a brand new Michelin PS2 and the Cup II rim. A clean through and through... I slowly pulled off the Hwy... Hello triple A?
