I have read aboout some 993 cars that have been modded for more HP from superchargers to Turbos etc... 400+ and some near 500hp range...

I am curious what has been done by others if anthing about the tranny/gear in later models 993's which I think have the G50-21 gearbox to handle the extra power, at what HP point those down this path thought it was needed etc. Larger ring and pinnion, all new trans, certain clutch, lwf, lsd etc, or other.....

Just curious what others have done. That said, this assuming the owner and driver respects the car... no burn outs, high RPM drops and excessive loads of power down from a stop. Assume spirited driving, maybe some track days but not driving it like an complete animal...
