Default Problem with A/C

There is something that is moving in the blower unit, sometimes it hits fan blades causing a noise. I have also had water from the unit drip on my feet (drivers side). Anyone have any ideas what the problem is. Does anyone have a drawing of the unit so I can take apart and fix

I believe that you need to clear the A/C drain tube first and foremost.

If blades are causing the noise, are they blades in one of the front blowers? is it left, right, or both? Does it depend on fan speed? The cover is often misaligned after the pollen filters are replaced. It can easily contact the blower and cause that noise.

I've had water drip, but it was on a super humid day and I just assumed that was "character". Is there something wrong?

Water should drip outside. It could possibly condense inside the cabin but it should not be dripping in my opinion. At least not appreciably.

The noise sounds like it is coming from the area behind the glove box. Don’t think it is the pollen filters. Anyone have a drawing showing the components so I can disassemble to fix, whatever it is, it is moving around and sometimes it hits the fan and makes noise and sometimes it’s fine.

The fans (there are two and one happens to be under the hood behind glove compartment) are next to pollen filters and can touch if filters are improperly installed.

When you are having that noise, open the hood, peel off carpet from the top of the passenger side and listen. It will be very apparent.
