Default PSS9 Spring data

Can anyone tell me the free length and rates of the main and tender springs of a PSS9 kit front and rear?

Im trying to help an old buddy do a spring swap to higher rates and need this to know where to start.

Has anyone out there changed the springs on their PSS9s, and if so, what type and rate springs did you use?

Default I concur and could use the data

I concur with the spring rates Bill posted. This is what Gert (Carnewal.com) posted on his site years ago when he sold PSS9s.

Cup Car is helping me find some springs. Steve Alarcon at Johnson's Alignment in Torrance seems to know what we need. Steve is a SoCal suspension guru.

Steve recommends Swift Springs, about $400 a set. And according to data researched by Cup Car, if you go more than 100# over the OEM specs as cited by Bill, you will need to re-valve the shocks.

Selecting the proper spring rate is a work in progress

The helper springs on my PSS9s (with about 25k miles on them) have some corrosion. Any recommendations from the erudite gentlemen on this thread as to what to replace them with for a 50/50 street/track car? I'm not a good enough driver to have any particular preferences, just want to restore everything while it is all taken apart for the RS upright/tie rod install.
