What a sweet ride...totally exceeded my expectations...a little 'softer' ride but totally planted. Callas Rennsport in Torrance did the work, along with a new clutch install. They aligned and corner balanced the beast...drives like new car. Tony Callas and his crew are top notch professionals who love what they do. The only drawback to the Koni's is that the rears are non-adjustable. But with the MO33 springs, it sits right where I want it anyway.
Has anyone made the comparison of MO33 springs with Koni vs. Bilstein shocks? I have Bilsteins with MO33 but would be interested to hear from someone who has experienced both setups.
I added M033 and new monroes at 60,000 miles. At the time the Konis were not available. How did the change from monroes to Konis affect ride comfort?
I have the Koni's with M030 and they replaced the Monroe stock shocks. They are similar but cost a whole lot less. I agree that the ride is nicely compliant over city roads but the car is still planted and responsive. Good choice for those that don't track their car.
