Default BBS e88 question.

Anyone on the E88 motorsport aluminum wheel? I read that there was some concern over street use and wondered if there was any real concern. Also, any suggestions the best place to pickup a set with WB offset?
Thanks
Greg

Nothing wrong with the forged Al centers. The problems you've heard about are with the older cast Mg wheels, which aren't considered strong enough to handle the harsh street conditions.

Changed your mind about the Sport Classic / Fuchs look?

To be honest, I don't know how purchase the Fuchs and who supplies them. Just getting as much info as possible before I decide. I like the E88 look and I just sold my sport classics IIs this past weekend so the money is burning a hole in my panties!

All time favorite wheel and +1 to CorrdoBrit's comment - I think you have been reading about the Mg centers as well. As for where to buy them, doesn't Carnewal sell them?

+3. The mag centers have a rep for being fragile for street or track.

I would think you could just call BBS in Braselton, Georgia.
