Front tire wear
Before my trip to the Porsche Parade, I had a lot of work done to my 993. In addition to the requested work, my indy found that I needed new ball joints and control arm bushings. After replacing those parts, he did an alignment. Now after putting 4000 miles on during my trip, I noticed the front tires "feathering" badly on the inside of each front tire. The tires were new before the trip. I know that these vehicles run a negative camber, but I would expect even wear on the inside of the front tires. Could this be suspension problems or only a bad alignment? Or, is this common with a 993?

I'd say your alignment is off. These cars are very sensitive to small changes in chassis geometry.
After a small agricultural incident last year, my car felt odd. I just came back from having it aligned this morning and the car once again feels correct. My left rear kinematic was off, rear camber was too agressive and the front & rear toe was off.
I've used the same guy for 6 years.

(Are we really seeing worn ball joints on these cars? My 4S with ~145K, the yellow car with ~125K and the full build at ~110K doesn't show replacement, and my old RSA with ~140K--all are fine.)
