Default Turn signal lights ON???

I own a 1996 993tt which was bought almost a year ago with 21k miles.

I store my car in a closed garage with battery tender to avoid battery drainage.
2 months ago I notice that all 4 corner light were ON and that both signal lights in the tach was also ON. I have check ALL yes ALL bulb and connector. Also cleaned the connectors with connector cleaner from CRC and had change bulb to see if lights turn off. NO they still on. At that time I just unplug the fuse #12 and all the lights turned OFF. There is NO burned fuse.

This weekend I continue searching for answer and reading on several forums. I had remove the gong relay(92861810203) with fuse#12 in(I'm able to hear the buzzer) and the lights still ON; then remove the control unit relay (96461810300) with fuse#12 in and the lights still ON. Today removed steering column switch (turn signal) and lights still ON. However turn signal lights DON'T blink when level is changed to the RT or LT, but I'm able to hear the buzzer.

All other lights does turn ON.

I will take my car for a local tech to find out, but any help is appreciated.
Thanks.

Does your emergency flasher work? On my Mercedes I had the same thing happen when the emergency flasher switch was stuck part way in the on position. Try pulling the flasher **** on and off a few times and see what happens. Hopefully you'll get lucky.

Thanks for your replies.
Today I did clean with plenty of CRC Quick Dry Electronic Cleaner the steering column switch (turn signal) and flasher button and now everything is back to normal.

Today went to start the car and once I click in the remote button all the 4 lights turned ON again and remained on until removed the fuse #12. Now no clues?. Anyone have similar problem.
