I dismounted my wheels for cleaning, re-balance and I didn't note which side the wheels were located for remount. 5500 miles on the tires, asyms and non-directional. Will there be any issue if I don't put them on the previous side?

There should be a note on the sidewall saying "outside" or an arrow with the direction of travel. I believe on the HTR Z IIIs it says "outside." It doesn't matter which side the tires are mounted as long as you can see the "outside" when you mount them.

Thanks. Tires not removed from the rim, no directional arrows and the 'outside' label is out. I guess I'm over thinking this.

Yup

Directional = rotation arrow on the tire pointing the same direction as rotation.

Asymetric tire = "outside" of the tire mounted out on the rim, can be rotated to any corner once the tire is installed properly.
