Blower wire connections need help

I'm trying to figure out if the black wire goes on top or is it the green wire?
Uploaded the pic so everyone knows what 2 wires were talking about. Thanks.

They go to a simple resistor, which is symmetrical (ie doesn't have a +/- terminal convention), so as geolab says it doesn't matter which goes where.
