Beautiful unmolested 993. First take those wonderful Cup II wheels and have the rims polished and the "spokes" powder coated in a flat black. It will look amazing. Dark pewter may work as well.

Awesome! To remove the smells, I suggest you must take many long drives with the windows down, sunroof open! Twisty roads will help throw that smell out of the car if you have the windows down....
To fix the engine lid, just replace the hood shocks. I suggest, while you are in the "madly in love" stage to do this. It will help you forget about what a PITA this procedure is! It involves heroic hand contortionist moves, but the actual steps are simple. All you need is a small screwdriver and have a magnetic retrieval tool on hand before you start...

If the suspension on the car hasn't been done (the ride height seems to imply as such), this will be a transformative upgrade....ie, if you like how it handles now, just wait....
NNooooooooo......
I like the silver on the dark colored car (not sure if that's midnight blue or black) for some contrast.
Edit:
hahahahahha While I was typing out the bit about suspension, I thought "I really shouldn't be a slippery slope enabler/pusher....". Then Trackrat beat me to the submit post button! LOL

thanks all for the compliments. Im on the edge of the slippery slope. all I need is some urging. I saw a 993 cS with 285/30/18's on her rear. Will that set up fit my 95 narrow body?

Gorgeous color combination. My brother in law had one in the exact combo years ago... And I always loved it.

congrats!! love the color combo.
As others have said, 18s are no problem on a '95 ....it's the first thing I did. Adding steering brace is a simple (2) bolt job.
For the smell, try a bowl of sliced apples, They will absorb alot of the smell, while not leaving a smell of their own.

Adventurine Green Metallic, LSD with ABD, 17" light Alloy wheels, sunroof. That's about it for options. OpO, when you say 265's, is that size for 18"? And I'm assuming I can't go wider than a 9" wheel? In a nut shell, with my car lowered an 1"-1.25" whats the max width rear wheel/tire can I run with out rolling my fenders?

Very nice looking car! Don't hurry down the slope, drive it for a while like it is before jumping down the slope.
Enjoy it.
