Looks great! Waiting for everyone to chime in on how 19's are not right for a 993. I love my 19's!

I just had one of the 19x11" rears for the 997 Turbo down here and put it on our scale. It was 28.8lbs with center cap and valve stem. It's not the lightest wheels on the planet, but they are reasonable.

The 18" haven't been switched over yet, but suspect it's just a matter of time.

The new wheels are produced by APPTech, who also is a major supplier to F1 teams. This has caused a recent backlog as F1 switches to wider tires and wheels for next season, a major order came through and pushed a bunch of wheels to the back. Unfortunately that meant that my wheel order was cut in half for this shipment. I did get a decent selection though, so I'm happy for now!

That is great news!

Any info on the costs? I'm assuming they are now built to various specs that include WB fitment. Prior RUFs had terrible offsets for the WB, so in addition to being heavy to start with, they required large spacers in the 20mm plus range.

Spacers are used in only some cases now, but much less often than before.

For a 993 Turbo the 19" forged wheels are $7700 Canadian.

Since you guys all have 19" Ruf wheels, here's my question. I just put the wheels on my 96 C4S and I think I went too aggressive on the front.

I have 7mm spacers up front with 235/35/19's. In the rear I have 28mm spacers with 305/25/19's. I think the fronts stick out a little too far and maybe I should remove the spacers. What is your set up and should I keep them or remove them?

Also, as a side note, I got Toyos, which I'm not liking, thoughts on better tires.

I know there is a dedicated forum to wheels and tires, but didn't get a reply so trying here.

Thanks,
