Opo (Rudy)-- What's the process?

OT, but can you post before and after photo-editing treatments of your new RB cab?

Nope! I'm not a fan of tinting on the 993...

Thanks for the props everyone! I don't mind sharing the thread with Rudy's amazing cars...the more the merrier!

Hey guys a question for you. Since lowering the car, having it aligned, and wheels balanced I'm getting straight tracking but alot of steering wheel vibration up to 75mph and then no vibration at all.

I'm puzzled! Could it be the larger diameter wheels highlighting worn steering rack or front end bushings? My plan is to take the car back to the shop and get it on a lift to see what's going on. Thoughts, comments?

Agreed on NO tint...Your vibration could be as simple as tire pressure..I'd
check it out before sending the car back to the shop.

Check the torque on the wheels, this can send vibration.

I think its the tire pressures! I'll update everyone tomorrow but I was shocked at what Pirelli set my tires for so needless to say I pumped them up this evening and the vibration seems to have disappeared.

The plan is to rip to work in Abu Dhabi tomorrow and see how she performs. Thanks for the props everyone! I love this setup.

Excellent idea! Where would we meet?

Cam - car looks stunning!
I love the slammed look. Wonder how Ray gets away without rubbing? Did you roll the fenders?

Ray's rear fenders are rolled, however mine aren't and has no rub issues at all. Your rear negative camber can help too.

Rudy you can have the honors of starting the RUF thread!

Hans - Off topic I have a short vdo of your car from CanAm, split grille looks so nice!

Thanks!

I am rubbing on the rears now when there are dips in the road...so my option is to either switch the front 5mm spacers to the rear instead of running the 7mm spacers currently or roll my fenders. Dunno yet which way I'll go.

Work has banned our use of Photobucket so I'll need to wait to post pics in the RUFF thread. I'm laughing that there are 3 of us in Canada already running the RUF's...we will dominate them all! Kidding...
